Guess I wouldn't like it to well if some guy in Wisconsin was making whiskey and selling it as Kentucky Bourbon.

I agree JMcB. To some the products they produce are there identity. Others should show respect for that. Maybe they should say this is our "XXX" cheese in the style of "YYY" ? If that makes sense.
