East Hickman GW and Tresspass Tactics

Who is our GW in East Hickman Lyles area? I am losing trailcams and have pictures and a name of the guy who is most likely responsible and have been told by other locals that this guy is well known by local LEO and GW for his inability to remain off other's property. It was hinted that he is no longer allowed to own a firearm and I was wondering how to go about determining if this is in fact a true statement as he is certainly deer hunting on my property and the adjoining landowners.

The theft of your trail cameras and general trespass is an issue for the Hickman Co. SD. The wildlife officer can assist with the hunting without permission issue.
