Ducks

Saw several ducks the last three days on ponds and sloughs after the rain and temp started going up this week while out on the mail route. Yesterday afternoon , while stuck on the side of 641S, I heard a lot of shooting down in the bottom towards West Sandy.

I guess they were moving back in and now everything will be locked up again this week.

Definitely disappointed with this season.

Saw 12 ducks(not all in one group, couple singles, couple doubles, and one group of 7) this morning from blind 122 at Camden (we hopped it) never fired a shot. Too much corn poured out on Duck River Refuge to keep the birds there for viewing days....wish they'd quit that crap.
