The main reason for me buying a 3.5 inch chambered shotgun is in case that is the only shells I can find when I'm looking for shells. I usually shoot 3 inch shells, but there have been a few time 3.5 is all that was on the shelf during late season and especially with all the ammo hoarding and reselling lately.I like a Stoeger M3000 12ga.
3.5" shells are a little too "kicky" for my taste, so I saw no need to spend the extra $ on the M3500.
