Duck breast & peppers

Took the breast out of a mallard and a spoonie Sunday.
Threw it in some water in a ziplock bag and added a healthy dose of course sea salt and left it for a couple hours.
Took it out and rinsed it off good and then marinated it in KC Masterpiece 30 minute marinade.
Honey Teriyaki flavor.

Ended up not cooking that night so it stayed in it till last night.
Sliced up a bunch of the little sweet red & yellow peppers, a yellow bell pepper and a couple onions.
Cooked the peppers & onions till they were done then threw the stripped duck meat in there till I thought it was good and hot.

Absolutely phenomenal !!!

Good call on holding the meat out until the veggies had a head start. A lot of folks do the same thing but add the meat in at the beginning, and then don't realize why it's not very good.
