Dove regs?

is foothills wma open to dove hunts? The regs on the site aren't clear about it. I know that there's no quail hunting allowed up there but I wanted to make sure that dove was ok before setting up there.

It looks like it is- this section says, "small game is open with statewide seasons except as noted."
