Here's one of my favorite recipes to make with ground deer meat.
Ingredients:
Sour cream
1lb of ground meat per casserole dish
1 bag of Doritos of your choice
Cheese
Taco seasoning
Tomato sauce
Crescent rolls
You begin by cooking the venison in a pan until brown. You then can drain any grease and then add in a packet of taco seasoning, a can of tomato sauce, and the sour cream. Mix this all together. Let sit for a few minutes.
While you let the meat sit you then take out your casserole dish and spray the bottom with nonstick spray and then line the bottom of the dish with the crescent rolls. You can use your fingers to spread out the dough until the entire bottom is covered. Once covered add in the meat you have prepared. Then the next layer on top of this is all shredded cheese. Once you've done all of this you take your bag of Doritos and crush the chips up really good and spread evenly on top. Set oven on 375 and bake for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes is up pull it out and enjoy. You won't be dissappointed!
