Picked this up from Fire and Smoke and decided to try it for tacos. It was good but had some sweetness to it which I tend to steer away from for venison/beef. That said it still had good flavor. Had some kick to it at on the back end which I enjoyed! The package called for adding and mixing a half cup of tomato paste or water. I chose water and wish I had done tomato paste. The flavor of the seasoning mixed with the paste probably would've been better. It was still good, and have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
