Dogging hogs...

Ya I knew bout that but I'm talking to where we can dog em year round outside of big game season. Not just a few hunts a year. Doesn't make it worth the hassle of keeping dogs up all year

You can in certain county's. I run mine 1-2 per week most of the year

Seems as if they tried that and it didn't do anything but cause hogs to appear in places where they had not been before. :stir:

You can dog year round in certain upper Cumberland counties if on the landowner list. I think it's like 5 counties.

Rabbit hunters and bear hunters keep dogs year around. Deer doggers in other states do it, too. You have at least as much opportunity as they do.
What I meant by that is its not worth it to me personally for no more hunting. That's the reason I don't own rabbit dogs anymore. The only time I'd be able to run them is after deer season bc I primarily hunt deer during that time.

Nope they never let us run them year round before. :poke:
