You need to get it taken care of before you even attempt to hunt her again. Now she is scared of you, guns, the dark, and coons because it all happened at the same time. If she is not broke she will never tree good or at all because she knows now that when she sees you coming the loud noise that scared her is also coming. What I would do is every day at feeding time, I would feed her, then I would back off out of sight the first time and fire my gun in a safe direction a couple of times. Do this as long as it takes just after feeding every day until you can stand right at her kennel/chain and fire the gun without it bothering her. Until you do this she will never be what you want her to be. As a general rule I always try to make sure mine is lead broke, gun broke and knows how to come when called before I ever take them out. You may not have thought about that but that is okay because my first hound didnt know about any of that stuff. Practice and more training makes for better hounds. Hope this works and you get her lined out.
