Disabled liscense

My son who is 13 years old. Has autism, Does he qualify for any type of disabled hunters license? If so what are the differences for that license vs. a regular youth license. What do I need to do to get this type of license if he qualifies?

There is not a disabled license that covers that for hunting. He would need the regular junior hunting licence and type 94 permit if he is going to take antlerless deer during the regular gun season.
