He's saying a coach in the NFL has to actually coach because every team has relatively equal talent, compared to Saban that gets the best of the best players in the country 3 deep at every position, beats up on teams with a quarter of the talent, and everyone acts like he's Belichick.
In college you can load up on the best talent in the country every year bama has had like 9 #1 ranked recruiting classes since 2010. its a little easier to win if you get the best players in the country every year.
