Deer roast on pellet grill

No, but here are some basic pointers.

1) Salt & pepper the meat hours before you intend to cook it.
2) For a large round roast (football), roll smoke for about 30 minutes at a low temp ~225°. If you're monitoring internal temp, run it until the roast is 120° in the middle
3) Pull roast, crank the heat, and get the grill as hot as you can. Grill hot on each side for about 2 mins.
4) Place roast on a warm plate, loosely tent with foil, and let it rest a minimum of 20 mins.
5) Slice thin against the grain
