Deer movement in the rain

Whats everyones experiences with the movement in the rain. Any luck in a steady rain, Just a drizzle, before a rain or just afterward, etc. Ive had good luck right after a steady rain moves through. I'm curious because of this weekends 80% chance on Saturday for the oak ridge archery hunt. Rain or shine I'll be there with the rain gear and tree umbrella in tow.

I plan to be sitting in the rain Saturday morning w/ my poncho on....not looking forward to it but it only takes that magic minute. Typically, I don't see a lot of movement in the rain, but I have taken a buck right after the rain stopped...

best 5 bucks i ever spent was one of those tree umbrellas about 20 years ago. i still use it and stay fairly dry.

I need to change out the ball joints in my truck - if it rains Saturday that's what I'll be up to. If not, I'll be hunting!

Ive sit through pouring rain and it always seems like ill see deer right when it stops.

awesome success. hunt it. the only time I don't hunt rain is a very hard down pour other then that im out there if I can.

killed a lot of deer in light to moderate rain. never seen one in heavy rain.
