Deer Hunting Dale Hollow Lake

Hey y'all, I just have some general questions about hunting on Dale Hollow Lake. Me and my buddy are planning on taking a trip up there for a few days this season. I have been up there a few times, and I have seen how steep it is, but this is typically what I hunt on so we should be able to figure something out. My dilemma is that I have not seen too many deer the handful of times that I have been fishing on the lake. I guess what I am wondering is how good the deer density around the lake is, what is the pressure like in muzzleloader/rifle, and is it really even worth our time to go up there.

There's a decent population of deer around the lake. It might be ok to at least go up before the season and look around.
