Public land doe at 3:30 pm. Deer cart ride to the truck was 1.5 miles and I was hurting by the end. Not sure I'll shoot a doe that far out again. Who am I kidding... I probably will. Haha.

I have a muddy mule. Does the job. It's pretty dang noisy when it's unloaded though.

I don't disagree. I did not realize I had gone back so far into this property as I was kind of still hunting to a general area I wanted to end up at. Still, something awesome about really earning your food.
