Killed 8 more today 6 greenheads 1 Suzie and this black mallard purdy bird Guy in our group is having it mounted.

Yep definately the best hunting imo. I don't even have to kill ducks to have fun. Just seeing some ducks make it worth it ! It's all about the commradory in the blind and the story's shared. I like the team work aspect of it. Duck huntin is probably the all around most fun hunting.

Burds in the Spring eat best. Birds in the winter look the best.
Nothing can compare to getting a group of mallards to work your spread come sailing in, feet down wings cupped. Its what keeps me going back. You can't tell it to someone you have to experience it first hand.

congrats again and nice black duck!

there used to be a ton of them around here 20 years ago and now we are lucky to see one black duck all season.
