The Apollo was a big recall gun. Dont shoot it just yet.

What are the last two digits in the serial number?

I would definately check out www.cva.com and check your serial #.

This is the main reason deuche bag Randy Wakeman bashes CVA...they had a bad run with the Apollo.

wow i had no idea about any of that... i had already shot it today too.... the last two on this one is 98.... the website says 95 or 96 so i guess i am good? i also have another one that i got from my ladys dad and there is no serial number on it like the other one... any ideas?? i shot that one last season and had no problems and he shot it for years

I would contact CVA via phone...given there is a recall on some models maybe they will help you out.

Yeah you should be fine but i would contact CVA. i heard they have been replacing them anyway with new rifles.

just got off the phone with CVA.... if it is not the 95 and 96 they say its good and not doing anything about any others...was worth a try i guess

Your good to go. I have a 98 and been shooting it 10 years without any problems.
