I have a couple of newer tenpoint crossbows that both need strings, I realize there are many places that could just re string them but when you ask about tuning or making sure there measurements are in spec they look at you like your crazy. Does anyone know of somebody or someplace that knows what there doing when it comes to crossbows ?

Near Chattanooga. Sorry I forgot to add that but in my willingness to find someone good I would drive about anywhere in East TN

Lol. Thats okay. There is a place in Morristown called Tom's sporting goods. They are really good with bows. And work on crossbows as well.

Harvest Archery is great to work with and they will help with whatever. Just a bonus tip…..get to the shops ASAP!!!! They will get slammed here soon. Just like mower shops around spring time get slammed

Harvest Archery in Dayton has always been a great shop. As advised above, they are busy, would be there very early

Heck ya thanks for the replies. I will take it to castles outdoors as soon as my new strings come in. I travel that way a bunch anyway.

Harvest did me dirty , they dry ford my crossbow after they replaced my $143 limbs on my Parker & threw away my one good one . They would stand behind their work or offer to replace the limbs or the one good one ! And I paid $75 to have the limbs put on . Said the Parker guy sold me weak limbs & then caused me of dry firing it . I only short my decocking bolt & it flew crazy . Only reason I took if to them was I had to pick up my cat at vet in N.Dayton . The Parker guy said nothing wrong with the new limbs & sold me 2 for price of one . Took it to Jody to inspect it & put new limbs on it , as I watched him take it apart he said they dried fired it your axles are bent ! He happened to have two & got my bow fixed up & He put new strings on my nieces bow that I had already bought. And he only charged me $25 each ! I tried to pay more but he said I've been through enough . I've bought bows & done business with Jody for about 35-40 years started when he worked in Dunlap . Choo Choo Archery even said he's the best & he'll stand behind his work .
