I just bought my first pair of Crispi Summits back in the Fall. Size does run true. Current deal/price is very good.

Also, call Black Ovis and they will help you with sizing. They asked what other boots/sizes I wore and they recommended the appropriate size in Crispi boots. Seems like Danner boot size lined up well with Crispi.

All of the guys I know who have them say yes. They wear same size in Nike/Salomon/Crispi.

For me the Summits are very comfortable. They needed almost no break in, comfortable out of the box. I work in them daily, and I will not hesitate to hike 8-10 miles of hills in them. I'm wearing em right now since I just got home from work and ran my coon traps.

But keep in mind I will also walk miles of hills in Crocs as well. I mean they are known for comfort too...

I have had decent luck with crispi. But everyone is different.
