Crappie aint got nothing on a walleye. But I love catching em sometimes. They love jigs under a bobber. My favorite way to catch em is on a breezy day on a downwind cove in a lake with a bobber and have the ripples do the jigging for you.

Crappie are little soft compared to a cold water walleye.Both are great.Last year I dressed over 600.
