Spypoint Customer Service again

I just had an excellent experience with them! One of my cameras was showing up as "battery low". I brought it back home and replaced the batteries. After that it didn't work at all.

I called up Spypoint, sent them a short video of my trouble shooting. Today they are sending me out a brand new camera. I also joined their Insiders Club since that is cheaper than paying for each camera (I have four).

So nice to have a good experience.

I ran spypoints for 5 years when they stopped transmitting Spypoint said it was my problem. Now I have Tacticam. I never realized how out of Focus the SPYPOINT pictures were until I got these new cams.

The couple of Spypoint cameras I've tried had absolutely TERRIBLE image quality.

You used all your luck up! I wouldnt give them to my worse enemy I threw away 4 of them.

I have to admit at $120 for two cameras that lasted 5 years they did good.

I think the secret to image quality is to sign up for their plan to download HD pictures.

I'm not having much issues out of mine. Had 4 that were 7 years old and 2 of them needed updates and I couldn't get them to take. Not even mad about it. They do just fine. I will say, early on their CS was great. Then there was a period of time where it was straight trash. It's back to pretty good these days

The one thing I know from selling technology, is that the newest is the best. It is cheaper and it is nicer. I think the cameras images are perfectly acceptable. You get the lower res, and if you want more you can download it. Same with my Muddy Cameras, which I also like.

You are not the only one. First cell camera I owned was a Spypoint and the image quality was terrible!

Ive got 5 of the Spypoint cell cams and they are working fine,most are 2 years old or older!Price was two for 129.00 dollars!You get 100 free pics per month also!!

I strongly suspect the terrible pictures I was getting (HD from the micro-SD card) were because these were 1st Generation Spypoint cameras. I'm sure they've improved since then.

I got mine 2 years ago and was not a fan at all because of the quality.
