Call them what you want. They were tasty on a taco!I don't believe you can call them that anymore. You're supposed to refer to them as red-eared sunfish.
Majority came from an open water bed about the size of a truck in the middle of a big pocket (around 4' deep). Most usual beds in the backs near run ins only had big bluegill. Next weekend should be full tilt.That's what I'm talking about! Were they already bedded up, or scattered?
