Covert prime saddle - leather

I really like the looks of this saddle from the pictures. It seems like it would be super comfortable. I see the 500 have still not sold out too in over a year. They have actually marked them down. That concerns me, my only guess would be leather holding human scent, leather not being the best choice on rainy weather hunts. I am about to buy a saddle and only know what I have read or watched in videos. Any advice or thoughts appreciated. Also looking at CGM sidewinder saddle

I could only imagine what kind of "swamp butt" you would get in that thing especially in archery season. That would be my main concern.

It might be warm walking in too. Save it for cold days.
