Couple Tuna

My brother and myself got to catch a few yesterday. We landed the 4 largest. They weighed 73 up to 85 lbs. over 400 total pounds of tuna. 220 pounds of meat.

Those fish will kick your butt. We saw some 170 lb tuna that were caught. I am out on that. The bigger ones we caught were mean. And they are darn good eating to.

That's great, Headhunter! I don't know that there's finer eating. I had some last week from a coworkers trip out into the gulf and it was fantastic.

Congrats on the tuna looks like y'all had a great day! Agree on the bigger ones as we landed a 160 in august it took 2 hours to get it on deck. Don't want to do that again

We would have tried to catch one or 2 of them 150 and above but where they were feeding was loaded with sharks. Some boats fished all day, hooked up a lot and never landed a tuna. Sharks get them. There were no sharks where we were.
