Is there a generic equivalent for Poast? And, will Poast, or its equivalent, kill Japanese Stilt Grass?

Cropsmart Clethodim. 60 bucks a gallon. Just look for clethodim as the active ingredient. Or a generic sethoxydim product.
You can control Jap stiltgrass with it but most research says you will only get a 50-90% kil. Thats a pretty broadrange. Best bet on that would be to hit it with gly when young, weed wiper would be great for that. But unless you kill all of it for a ways around, you can pretty much expect it back very shortly.

Japangrass is easy to kill. We did a little trial at UT, and had and had nearly a total kill with clethodim or glyphosate. You may have to re treat after additional seedlings sprout. The best time to spray it- any time before it sets seed.
