yeah, and it makes me scared to lose my arrow after shooting one from the ground. But I will still be hunting from the ground in a certain spot. Everywhere else with a bow, from a treestand.

Neat. A guy that I used to be in a club with once shot a deer by bending the arrow in flight. The deer was behind a tree and he deflected the arrows flight by shooting the tree next to it causing the arrow to turn 45% killing the deer instantly. Of course this was by pure accident but it worked and I've thought about trying it a couple of times.
