If I were buying a Colt 1911, it would be a Gold Cup. Of the 3, I'd go for the 10mm.

If it was going to be a carry piece....I say Commander. Love the feel and balance on that model. For a safe queen/occasional range pistol, the Delta Elite 10mm.

My thoughts, exactly.
I have a Commander and it makes a great carry gun.
I have shot a Delta Elite at our crime lab. Man, what a handgun!! (And, plenty easy to hunt with it.)
