This rub is incredible on beef and it Rocks on Venison!
They should make a gum or something with this flavor.

First class operation. Wife and I spent the weekend for our anniversary. Great staff with excellent service without getting all up in your business. Laid back place and the food is top notch!

In an elk camp one time. Guy from somewhere back east comes in with a whole elk tender. First thing he does is brew a pot of coffee. Made a rub. I about left camp. Dang talk about good!

I cant say enough good things about that rub. It has a bunch of different flavors in it and it keeps changing as you eat.

I might add, that along with a man cleaning the house; washing and folding the laundry; and doing all the dishes too...

This here dish 'works wonders' with that man's wife!!!

Glad you both liked it. Im heading to the kitchen to DR. up a venison roast with that rub right now. Going to be a tasty dinner tonight!
