Cleaning dies?

That is a good question I hardly ever clean mine. If I think one eeds it I may drag a rag thriugh it. I do have a 9mm that I know needs a good cleaning I am thinking about puting it in my sonic cleaner don't think it would hurt it
 
I clean my dies every now and then. Take em apart, spray them out good with brake cleaner, lube em with some CLP to prevent rust and then wipe them dry.
 
I use whatever grease cutter spray is closest on hand. Usually carburetor cleaner. But I rarely clean any dies. Mostly just handgun bullet seaters that get gunked up with bullet lube(cast bullets) which starts to push bullets too deep in the case messing up the crimp.

Glad I am not the only one who has theis trouble. I too just clean the seater.
