Choke tube for Stoeger M2000

Best choke tube for M2000. Anybody got any first hand experience with trying to pattern one of these? 3inch ammo of course

Sumtoy 650 with magblends or 7's
Hevi13 656 and magblends

Seems most like the 650-655 range
