At what age can a child be left to deer hunt by themselves in the regular gun season? In saying this, the child would have passed Hunter Safety and would have the appropriate licensing.

On private land, once a hunter has turned 10 years of age and has passed the Hunter Education class, they are legal to hunt by themselves. IMO, that is a little too early, so hopefully good common sense is used.

On a WMA, youths under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult who is in position to take immediate control of the hunting weapon.
