Checking in from dale hollow

Got here Sunday and leaving on Sunday. Fishing has been slow so far, but a few have been caught. Anything from bream to crappie to gar, catfish, smallmouth and walleye. I finally caught my first walleye of the trip as well as a good eatin sized channel cat while trolling near camp. A few walleye and crappie have already been caught and cleaned. Man, blackened walleye sandwiches are good. I would love to catch a flathead or two like last year. Would be psyched to catch a carp too, but very tough to find or fish for them in this clear water although I saw a big one rolling off shore from camp. Ok that's it for now, no pics yet, poor cell service out here.

That is awesome Catman. Walleye, in my opinion, are one of the best tasting fish to come out of the water. I chase em any time I can get. Have the last week in June off and will be on Center Hill tracking em down. If you don't mind me asking, what has been working on DH? Speed, depth, bait, etc... If not, I totally understand. I know last year I did my best trolling Erie Dearie tipped with crawler at about 1.5-1.7 mph.

I was up there for 3 days last weekend and it was packed. Roughest water I've ever seen at DH.

trolling jointed shad raps, pretty slow, walleye have been tough to get on though.

not much during the week but been more crowded today. However yesterday was very windy and the water was white capping, some waves made it over the bow of my little tin boat
