Have used many Simmons scopes over the years. Growing up that was the only thing that went on a gun whether it was a mz or rifle. Dad would by the 3x9x32 at Walmart. Never had the first one fail. I know others have so I guess we just got lucky. I have Nikon's on everything now but if I needed a scope this would be a great deal.

I have a 4.5x14 on a 270 Remington 700 BDL and it is a good scope. I have Leupold on everything else but they are pricey.
