Anybody have experience with both? Pro's, con's? I've used a 1500 and liked it. Wondering if the Lite is worth being less expensive, or would be an "wish I had gotten the other one".

I have the 1500 for 20 years and it's worked flawlessly. I think the lite has the same mechanism but without the ability to retain loads in the program. In other words less fancy. But I really don't know. You might look at some comparisons on YouTube.

I was considering replacing my 1500 for the lite just to save bench space. But haven't pulled the trigger yet. I have heard that it is just as fast as the 1500. I like to set my 1500 on auto and load and fill cartridges just as I finish seating the last one. Many of the competing units need to warm up per se and my reloading bench gets chilly in the winter..

I've had the lite for 3 years or so now. It's been 100% in function verified with 1 or sometimes 2 other scales. It's my go to for loading precision ammo
