Southern Cerakote in Henderson (west, TN). Also look at Tarjac in NY. They do good work at a good price if you do not mind shipping your parts.

I've only ever had one rifle cerakoted, but I went with Royal Range in Nashville. They don't separate the prep and the coating, it's all a flat fee. I was very pleased with their work.
