Center Point Scopes

Are center point scopes any good? Walmart finally got a scope in that I've been lookin for as far as the design goes besides the AO and illuminated retical. Its a center point 4-12x40 AO with a red or green illuminated mil dot retical.

Dunno, but that sound kinda cool
