Uncle bucks is the best I have used..... Works good on wild turkey too.

Uncle bucks X2. I usually spice it up a bit with some cayenne pepper and add hot sauce to the egg mixture.

Three parts cornmeal to 1 part flour plus salt to taste. I usually put 3 cups meal, 1 cup of flour, and 1/8 cup of salt.

I always thought batter was off limits for catfish. Cornmeal dredge + hot oil is "The Way" for me
