Same question/issue as this thread but now limited to those hunting on their own farm exemption property. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=344143

I own this property, my house is right there: I still have to have some piece of paper while hunting?

And ETA: Thanks to SCN for his work on this forum, mucho appreciated! [insert beer doo-hickey whatchamacallit here]

If you are not required to have a license on that property, I wouldn't think you would have to have your license on your person if you meet the landowner's exemption requirements.

BUT, under the landowner exemption, you ARE required to have a form that shows how you meet the exemption requirements on your person. Therefore, if you have licenses that cover you as well, it might be just as simple to carry the license on your person. Either way, there is a requirement that you have something on your person that shows the officer you are legal to hunt, fish, or trap.

So, yes, a piece of paper or electronic devise with a link to an electronic version has to be on your person while hunting, fishing, or trapping.
