Maybe it's a big area. The farms I hunt aren't as good as they do used to be in my humble opinion. Definitely the deer numbers are way down. My daughter and I spend Thursday evening to Sunday morning hunting down there.

I haven't spoke to the guy personally but I know they generally hunt along the big sandy river there in the Buena Vista/Smyrna area. I'm not sure that's where he killed it but highly likely. I killed a nice 10 pt on a neighboring farm several years ago.
