Just got the CWD test results back from my last deer harvest....

All clear....

We have had 5 deer from weakley county checked and they were all clear well.

That's great. As slow as it spreads you've probably got 10 years before it really takes hold and starts impacting the herd. Once it does, you still have good deer hunting but not as good as before. There's no reason to give up hunting because of CWD.

Yeah the two I killed opening were both negative killed a buck sat waiting on results but I figure it's just a matter of time before Carroll Co is a CWD county

Next year i believe is to be made officially i. the "cwd zone" due to already contributing factors
