I bought a used Covert CX2 for $200 Its rated at 385fps Came with some wore out bolts and generic Amazon broadheads likely G5 montec rip offs. I shot the thing a few times and definitely needs new bolts. I was gonna just repeat what came with but its old enough that the original bolts aren't available. so I figured if high FOC and increased weight works so well on a compound so why not the crossbow. I ordered a GrizzlyStik bolt package with 200gr single bevel heads. So I was hoping someone could share their CB specs and bolt setup. And how the harvests have gone. Thanks for your time!

I shoot Dragon Claw arrows from Wyvern Creations. I believe they are rebranded Black Eagle executioners that weigh 300 grains and are topped with skick trick 150 grain xbow broadheads. This gives me a 450 grain arrow shooting around 305 fps out of my Excalibur micro mag 340. It's ridiculously accurate out to 50 yard's which is as far as I've shot it.

Love the Black Eagle Executioners. I use the 2" vanes and Montec G5 broadheads

I shoot the same except with 150 gr, 4 blade Slick Tricks out of my Excalibur mag 340. Very accurate and consistent. Total weight with Lumenok is 458 gr. Average 301 fps thru the chronograph.
