I have not seen a C M oven that big. Did the shoat have to be turned?

im from louisiana and ive never seen/heard of that cajun microwave.

Where you be? It is a sealed wood box or oven that has a lipped metal top that you put the charcoal on. Put you pig or chicken on the grate. Top on. Cover the top with coals and sit back to relax til done.
