No problem. I do butcher my own deer but always thought I left a lot of meat. His videos give me new and sometimes better ideas to get more meat. No I am not a butcher just a hunter processing his own kills. So learn where you can max out what you take for your taste.

He's got some great videos, and sure makes me want to get a walk-in and a nice wood-top butcher table.

But those lamb sized carcasses he's butchering make it look a whole lot easier to mess with.
