Planned on taking a doe this morning. So here comes one that would of been nice, but she comes from the wrong way through the thickest crap around.
So, I wasn't able to get as high up as I would of like because good climbing trees are very hard to find in this particular area.
But anyways, she gets almost right under me and is feeding and I try to make my move. Was about to pull back and she picked her head up enough to see me make the slightest move and WHOOOM!!! There she goes....
So, I got busted by a mature doe. Crap happens I guess. And, then her fawns stuck around afterwards almost as if they were taunting me. LOL. Haven't got one with the bow yet. But man, I had fun. Might try to get back at it this evening.
On a side note, I have never seen more deer in this area that I was hunting on one sit. Seen eight
