I bought one of the bushnell $99 cams from Walmart and in 4 days it took 2000 pics of nothing but 1 pic of a fox and 1 pic of a coyote. Anyone know why it just takes random pics every few mins day and night.?

I call that problem "Runaway Trigger".

Bushnells are notorious for developing this.
It "comes and goes", greatly reducing the reliability of these cams, as you "think" you can leave one for weeks without checking, only to later discover the large-capacity card was filled in a couple days of continuous picture taking, making the otherwise functional cam worthless until a new card is exchanged for the full one.

Make sure you don't have "swaying" limbs in the trigger area too. Flimsy limbs that sway easily in the wind can trigger pics.

No sensor settings. I put it in the spare bedroom last night and it took over 200 pics of a dark room with nothing moving

Good thing I bought the 2 year warranty thru Walmart. Guess I will just have to hope the next one is not so trigger happy

I've had a Bushnell Trophy Cam for a couple of years now. The screen just went out last week, but still takes pics from the settings I had programmed into it tho...so far anyway.
