Burris FF3 on Franchi Affinity 3

Does anyone know if a Marlin 336 base will fit the screw pattern of a Franchi Affinity 3? Just put one in layaway last week and my understanding is that the Affinity 3 comes pre drilled, want to run a FF3 on it and keep it low as possible.

I`d get the factory Weaver base and buy the FF3 set up for same same. The Weaver base should be thinner than the 336 base.

I'd check the 336 base before settling on the weaver rail. The 336 base will sit a lot lower. Another option is to contact William at Sumtoy chokes. He makes a similar base that fits multiple guns.

Contacted William and he makes one for the Affinity 3. I put a 336 and FF3 on my son's bantam, love the low profile, but the 336 has to be drilled to match the Affinity 3 from my understanding. If Burris would just make a 336 base for the Affinity 3, Seems like a niche in the market they would want to fill. I'm sure William's is lower than the Weaver, but is it as low as the 336?
