3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
1 package cream cheese/softened
1 cup ranch dressing (may substitute with Blue Cheese Drsg)
1 cup Frank's Original Red Hot sauce
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Spray a rectangular baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread cream chesse for the bottom layer in dish. Add chicken. Cover with dressing, hot sauce and cheese.

Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 mins or until melted. Remove from oven and stir.

Serve with chips, fritos, celery or crackers.

That does sound good but I don't like white meat. I may try it with bonelss thighs.

Cooked me up a couple wings last night. Made me sick as a dog. But the night before I ate a big bowl of black bean chilli and was fine.

Go figure.

Due to severe acid reflux and heartburn , cannot eat or handle anything Hot, can you still make it and substitute something for the Hot sauce ?

I guess you could leave it out and add more dressing? Don't know...but Franks does ADD THE HEAT!
