I can't remember if I've shared this with y'all or not. I don't believe I have. I ran across a picture of the dish a few months ago and had to figure out what is was! Finally figured it out. And let me tell you, this stuff is freakin' awesome! Made it tonight with garlic breadsticks and fettuccini noodles.

I made this over the weekend, it's very good. I will leave out the sun dried tomatoes the next time I make some. I'm not a big fan of them and the sauce tasted awesome before I added the tomatoes.

That is a fact! She absolutely can NOT cook. So it was either learn or starve. I've gotten pretty dang good at it!
