This happened a few days ago when skinning a deer head for a friend.

Can I send it back and get a replacement? I loved this knife

That sucks. What were you doing while skinning a head that put enough torque on it to snap the blade?

trying to cut half frozen meat and sinew I guess. Didn't take that much force to break but I probably shouldn't have used it the way I did.

Also have the same knife. Was my grandfather's before he passed. My friend who's new to hunting keeps telling me about all these new surgical precision knives....don't think I ever want anything else but this one. :) Drove an hour last year to retrieve it after I left it at the gutting site. ha. Hope you get it fixed!

They have changed their rules in recent years. They may or may not replace it if it is your fault.
